Social Media successful when addressing specific customer needs. Great example of how to best use this. Transparency and Authenticity: She was speaking my language here. Social media is where you must take this to heart. The word Social is not part of Social Media just because and to build relationship that matters you must be authentic and transparent. There were many points shared that were just as good (i.e. objectives,listening,measurements), however, I thought I would highlight these two. Great video! Robin aka The Empowerment Diva
