First, look in your control panel (top of the right column) and look for "Friends" and click in there to acept my friend request.
Now, look on your own profile page (Click the "My Profile" in the menu under the Viral Networkers logo). If you go past all of your activity, yuo will find something called a "Text Box". This is the place to expand your profile page information. You can put a lot of stuff in that little box, so enjoy.
You can also move the text box. Hover your mouse pointer over the 'text box title' and you will see your pointer change to a 4-directional arrow form. Click and hold, and the move your pointer upward (for instance) to put your Text Box up near the tip of your center column.
You can rename that text box while you edit it.
